Hi, I’m Estela Linares, an expert in productivity, process improvement, and knowledge management. With a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in AI and Innovation, I have spent over 15 years helping companies and professionals optimize processes, implement technology, and improve outsourcing strategies.

I have a lifelong learning philosophy and an insatiable curiosity that drives me to explore new fields. Beyond productivity and knowledge management, I am passionate about painting, nutrition, finance, meditation, creative journaling, creative writing, and Japanese culture.

As a mother of three, I have tested every technique and method imaginable to find a work-life balance that truly works—one that allows me to grow professionally while being fully present for my family.
